A Wplace alternative you can draw on without logging in
Wplace turned a map of the world into a shared pixel canvas in 2025. Everyone Draw takes a different approach to the same idea: an infinite, blank canvas you can start drawing on right away, with no login and nothing to buy.
Draw with people from around the world in your browser, or in the native iOS and Android apps. Everyone Draw has been running since 2021.
585 million+ pixels drawn by 560,000+ artists since 2021.
Everyone Draw vs. Wplace
Both are shared pixel canvases where anyone can draw anywhere. The biggest differences are the canvas itself, signing in, and how colors work.
| Feature | Everyone Draw | Wplace |
|---|---|---|
| Canvas | An infinite, blank canvas | A map of the world, about 4 trillion pixels, so art sits on real places |
| Account | None needed to draw | Sign-in required to paint |
| Colors | 32 in the app and 16 on the website, all free | 63 colors; 31 free and 32 that need to be unlocked |
| Things to buy | Nothing | Optional paid currency and unlockable colors and cosmetics |
| Teams | No built-in teams; groups organize on Discord | Built-in alliances |
| Where you draw | Website and native iOS and Android apps | Website (wplace.live) |
| Moderation | Anyone can report; volunteer moderators revert rule-breaking art and ban the people who drew it | A code of conduct and bans |
| Started | 2021 | July 2025 |
What Wplace does better
- Drawing on a real map. Painting over your hometown or a famous landmark is a hook Everyone Draw doesn't have. Our canvas is blank, so where things go is up to the players.
- More colors. Wplace has 63 colors in total. Everyone Draw has 32 in the app and 16 on the website.
- Goals and teams. Levels, a leaderboard of countries and built-in alliances give players things to work toward together. Everyone Draw keeps things simple: there are no levels, and groups organize on Discord.
What you get on Everyone Draw
No account needed
Open the website or the app and start placing pixels. You only sign in (with Google, or with Apple in the iOS app) to save bookmarks or make timelapses.
Free, with nothing to buy
There are no paid colors, upgrades or currencies. Everyone draws with the same tools.
32 colors
The app has 32 colors: a classic 16-color palette plus 16 extra shades. The website has the 16 classic colors. Every color is free.
Native iOS and Android apps

What players say
“Lovely pixel art app!”
David M, app review “There is a lot going on at the center near coordinates (0;0) and also if you go on the app discord (or if you follow the roads) you will find the coordinates for other group drawings like a forest, or the giant duck at (-12000, -12000).”
Lara I, app review “the app is great, the community is wonderful.”

Frequently asked questions
- Is Everyone Draw connected to Wplace?
- No. Everyone Draw is an independent project by Sean Gransee, run with the help of volunteer moderators. It started in 2021 and isn't affiliated with Wplace.
- Do I need to log in to draw?
- No. Open the canvas and start drawing. Signing in (with Google, or Apple in the iOS app) is optional and only needed for bookmarks and timelapses.
- Are any colors paid?
- No. Every color is free. The app has 32 colors and the website has 16.
- Can I draw on a map of my city?
- No. Everyone Draw's canvas is blank, not a map. You can still claim your own spot: every place on the canvas has coordinates and a link you can share.
- How do I find people to draw with?
- Draw near (0, 0), where most people are, or look for group projects on the Everyone Draw Discord.
- Can someone draw over my art?
- Yes. Anyone can draw anywhere, and that's part of the game. Moderators remove content that breaks the rules, but they don't restore drawings that were simply drawn over.
