Draw with strangers on one giant multiplayer canvas
Everyone Draw is a shared pixel canvas where everyone draws on the same picture at the same time. Place a pixel and it shows up live for whoever is looking at that spot, anywhere in the world.
There's no account to make and no chat: you meet people through what they draw. Play in your browser or in the iOS and Android apps.
585 million+ pixels drawn by 560,000+ artists since 2021.
How drawing with strangers works
Open the canvas
Go to everyonedraw.com or get the iOS or Android app. There's nothing to sign up for.
Pick a color and place a pixel
Tap a color, then tap the canvas. Your pixel shows up right away for everyone looking at that spot.
Find a spot
The area around (0, 0) is the busiest. For somewhere quieter, use New drawing to jump to a random empty spot, then share its link with friends.
Watch it grow
Other people's pixels appear live as they draw. Some will add to your drawing, and some will draw over it. That's the game.
A multiplayer canvas that's always open
Live, with everyone
Pixels appear for everyone looking at that spot as they are placed. 585 million+ pixels have been drawn by 560,000+ artists so far.
No account needed
Open the website or the app and start placing pixels. You only sign in (with Google, or with Apple in the iOS app) to save bookmarks or make timelapses.
An infinite canvas
The canvas keeps going in every direction. The busiest area is around (0, 0). Tap New drawing to jump to an empty spot far away from everyone else.
32 colors
The app has 32 colors: a classic 16-color palette plus 16 extra shades. The website has the 16 classic colors. Every color is free.
Native iOS and Android apps
Real apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, built for touch, with all 32 colors.
Timelapses
Sign in to the app to turn an area into a timelapse video, up to 10 a day. Community timelapses are on YouTube.
Moderation and safety
Drawing next to strangers should be fun, not stressful. Here's how Everyone Draw keeps the shared canvas in check, and what it can't do.
No chat, no profiles
Everyone Draw has no chat, no private messages, no friend lists and no public profiles, so strangers can't message you. Other players can't see who placed a pixel. The only thing anyone shares is pixels.
You don't need an account, an email address or a username to draw. Signing in is optional and only used for bookmarks and timelapses.
Reporting
Anyone can report an area, with or without an account. Zoom in on it, tap the flag button and say what's wrong. Reports go straight to the moderators.
Moderators and bans
A team of volunteer moderators reviews reports. They revert rule-breaking art, putting the area back the way it was, and ban the people who drew it for a set time. Moderators can also block drawing from VPNs to keep banned players out.
What isn't allowed
Be civil and respectful, and create rather than destroy. These are strictly prohibited, from the rules in the app:
- Nudity and overtly sexual material.
- Any content that attacks a group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
- Hate symbols including acronyms, numbers, phrases, logos, flags, and gestures.
- Content that is violent or promotes terrorism.
- Obscene language.
- URLs or QR codes to sites containing prohibited content.
- Drawings created by bots.
Players who break these rules are banned and their content is removed.
What moderation can't do
Moderation happens after something is drawn, so you may see something unpleasant before it's reported and removed. The canvas is public, so never draw personal information like your name, address or phone number.
Moderators don't restore drawings that were simply drawn over. On a shared canvas, that's part of the game.
Other places to draw with strangers
Everyone Draw isn't the only shared canvas. Reddit's r/place made the idea famous, and Wplace put it on a world map in 2025. Here's how they differ.
| Feature | Everyone Draw | r/place | Wplace |
|---|---|---|---|
| When you can draw | Every day, since 2021 | Only during past events in 2017, 2022 and 2023 | Since July 2025 |
| Account | None needed | Reddit account | Google or Twitch sign-in |
| Canvas | Infinite and blank | Fixed size, up to 3000 × 2000 | A map of the world |
| Colors | 32 in the app, 16 on the web, all free | Up to 64 in 2023 | 63, with 32 unlocked using droplets |
| Where you draw | Website, iOS and Android apps | Reddit's website and apps | Website |
r/place had a far bigger crowd than Everyone Draw (more than 10 million people in 2022), and Wplace lets you paint on real places. Everyone Draw is the one you can open any day without an account, on the web or in a native app.

Frequently asked questions
- Can strangers contact me?
- No. There's no chat, messaging or friend system, and other players can't see who drew what. The community chats on an optional Discord server, which is separate from the canvas.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Open the canvas and start drawing. Signing in (with Google, or Apple in the iOS app) is optional and only needed for bookmarks and timelapses.
- Can I draw only with my friends?
- There are no private canvases, but the canvas is big enough to find a quiet spot. Use New drawing to jump somewhere random and far from the center, then share the link with your friends. Anyone who finds the spot can still draw there.
- What happens if someone draws over my art?
- That's part of drawing on a shared canvas. If what they drew breaks the rules, report it and a moderator will remove it. Otherwise, you can draw it back or move somewhere quieter.
- Is it free?
- Yes. The website and the apps are free, and there's nothing to buy.
- How many people draw on it?
- 585 million+ pixels have been placed by 560,000+ artists since 2021. The busiest area is around (0, 0).
